The CRU WiebeTech Ditto FieldStation has a fully networked remote operation that discovers, previews, and images files from hard drives and network files systems, allowing technicians the ability to create local, remote, or networked disk clones and images. This FieldStation includes a web browser interface that supports remote operation via network or VPN, making it easier to work while away from the unit.
The Ditto FieldStation offers digital investigation, eDiscovery, data capture, and analysis capabilities. It allows physical imaging of complete hard drives, with logical imaging of selected files from hard drives and network files systems.
The built-in menu system makes it easy to configure and perform forensic captures of selected files without an attached computer. The Ditto also natively supports many write-blocking inputs: SATA, eSATA, PATA, USB 2.0. Use dual SATA outputs simultaneously with the same performance as one eSATA (single, dual and mirrored). Images can also be output to large volumes, including NAS and other network destinations, as well as portable RAID enclosures.
